Shipping and Returns


You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped UPS Ground with a signature required.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, PDA does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

PDA is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.

PDA is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

International orders

PDA offer worldwide shipping. Please email us if you are unsure about your country.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.
